What we offer
Jubilee JumpStart is an active community of caring, learning and support for children, families, and staff. We are a dual-language workplace where English and Spanish are encouraged and supported.
We participate in DC Pay Equity Fund (PEF) to offer competitive salaries, health insurance through DC Health, vacation/closure days, and paid time off (PTO).

As a NAEYC accredited center, designated high-quality early childhood education provider, our goal is to have a teaching staff that meets or exceeds the qualifications required to participate in the PEF, aligned with OSSE licensing requirements.

Additionally, Jubilee JumpStart employees can access many of the resources, services and support made available to Jubilee JumpStart Families through our community partnerships.
